42 year old Buffon signs new contract with Juve

42 year old Italy and Juventus shot stopper, Gianluigi Buffon has signed a new contract at the Serie A club.

The Italian club confirmed the contract extension for both veterans Giorgio Chiellini and Gianluigi Buffon on their social media platforms.

Juventus made it known on their website that the contracts are a reward for the long-term loyalty and quality of the pair.

Buffon who joined Juventus from Parma in 2001 has been at the Biaconeri club for 18 years and made over 500 appearances for the Serie A club.
