Weight training is one of the best things you can do if you’re really serious about burning off extra fat. Jogging and running may help burn calories, but weight training may even be a better way to help you drop extra fat. Building muscle will help your body burn fat even when you rest.

I know this sounds crazy but to lose fat, you need to eat fat, at least good fat. Eat fats like nuts, eggs, olive oil, and fish. Fats from these foods are beneficial to your hair and skin. they earn bonus points by helping you lose excess fat too.

Carbohydrates are a tricky issue. Some school of thought say to lose excess fat, you should avoid eating all carbohydrates. There are many kinds of carbohydrates but the most helpful would be from vegetables and cereals like oatmeal. Reduce sugar intake from sugary sodas and canned juices.
7. INCREASE PROTEIN
Studies have confirmed that people who eat more protein and engage in good exercise habits find it easier to lose excess body fat and also build muscle faster.
8. DRINK UP!
Bottoms Up! Instead of chugging alcohol and fizzy drinks, grab a bottle of water and drink that up. Drinking more water helps you lose weight faster by helping you fuller. Drinking water won’t cost you a penny. Try keeping water within reach throughout your day and make drinking it part of your daily routine.

One of the best ways to accomplish anything to set a goal, Setting a realistic goal helps you achieve weight loss faster. If you have a goal, write it down! A goal helps to provide motivation, and will also help when it comes time to avoid overeating.
