Jackson Fox, from Texas, USA, has had a double mastectomy and a penis construction. According to Jackson, he was living a miserable life before he had his surgeries.
The transgender businessman claims his sex life has improved tremendously after having surgery to remove breasts and a construction surgery to equip him with a penis.
Jackson was born biologically female and was known as Rachel. He was so ashamed of his body, be contemplated suicide when he was living as Rachel.

He and his partner Emily started dating when he lived as a woman even though he felt miserable about his body all the time.
“I started living as a guy when I was 30 but did not know what I was missing as my body didn’t match how I dressed.
“I was her [Emily’s] second same-sex relationship and I wasn’t really up for that, but she wore me down. -Jackson
The business man feels the surgeries have changed how he feels about and how he sees his body now. The surgeries have boosted his confidence psychologically.
Looking in the mirror, he now feels like his reflection shows what he felt inside all along, he is a man through and through.
“A positive of having a penis would be that it feels natural and more fluid being in bed and feeling more sexual,” the businessman added.
