League football returns after two weeks of international break with a lot of mouth-watering fixtures in the major leagues across Europe.
We start off in England where the biggest fixture will be at Old Trafford where struggling Manchester United welcome Jurgen Klopp’s in-form Liverpool. The Reds are unbeaten in all games played this season in the Premier League and are looking to extend their lead on top of the table.
United’s only victory in their past five games was a penalty shootout win over Rochdale in the Carabao Cup, and their form has increased pressure on Solskjaer.
Newcastle United after beating Manchester United before the international break will be highly motivated heading into their game with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Chelsea have won four consecutive matches in all competitions, having triumphed in just two of their opening eight fixtures under Frank Lampard.
