The COVID-19 pandemic is not only taking lives and disrupting the schedules of others, it is also causing ill-informed people to have extreme paranoia about contracting the mostly non-fatal disease.
In a video making rounds on social media, some Ghanaians decided not to take the risk of contracting the disease by making a remarkable decision.
The video shows Ghanaians getting out of the trotro mainly because two Asians (identified by a voice in the video as Chinese) came on board. Fearing the spread of the disease which is also called the “Chinese Virus” by others, the other occupants of the vehicle got down in a haste.
