Kwesi Arthur continues to put Ghana on the map with his hardwork and groundbreaking music. He recently featured in a documentary with broadcasting company BBC where he speaks about his musical journey.
The budding hitmaker, was asked about how he felt about having a hit song and all the fame he had gained after coming into the limelight of music.
Kwesi Arthur responded saying:
“It felt good. It felt really good. It was cool hearing my song play in spots and on the radio. Even my dad had to buy a new radio in his car because people started telling him about me.”
When questioned about his inspiration for his music, he said that he writes his songs based on the things he experienced and saw around him.
A blazing example according to Kwesi Arthur is his song Grind Day which was meant to be an anthem for those working towards a goal. He added that many fans he meets identify with the song and its story about “hustling”.
