Honourable Mustapha Ussif, the Executive Director of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has revealed plans set in place for National Service Personnel.
In his statement, he gave a directive which in effect will have National Service Personnel taking a mandatory (paid) leave from 25th March 2020 until the end of April.
