Rapper Yaa Pono has named one popular Ghanaian artiste he will like to feature on the remix of his new single ‘1997.
Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM, the ‘Amen’ hitmaker narrated what inspired him into making the song.
“In 1997, I was in JHS 2 and I remember aroma of some rice as well that of some cloths and others.”
He continued by saying; “One person I will like to have on the remix of 1997 will be highlife legend Nana Acheampong”
Yaa Pono is set to release his new album labelled “Upness” with fans much anticipated because of his style and rap eloquency.
