An injunction has been placed on the release of the official video of the song entitled ‘Papa No’.
Ghanaian Highlife artiste, Barima Sydney who is widely known for his controversial songs released a song labelled ‘Papa No’ after a banter between musician Mzbel and actress Tracy Boakye made the term popular in their war of words.
It is alleged by some Ghanaians that the feud between the two women were all pointing to the former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama and Sydney decided to pounce on the opportunity to record another controversial song.
The song after its release in August received a lot of airplay until the ride was cut short due to injunction placed by one Abdul Ganui Issaka not to release the video which was scheduled to be out tomorrow 3rd September.
Barima Sidney had planned to release the official video for his 'Papa No' song but one Abdul Ganui Issaka has gone to court to seek an injunction against the release.
