Ghanaian award-winning producer and sound engineer, Awal Alhassan professionally known as Possigee has appeared to have jabbed self-acclaimed Dancehall king, Shatta Wale and former popular music producer, Zapp Mallet in a post on his social media channels.
On Saturday, Shatta Wale on Nana Ama McBrown’s show threw shots at fellow Ghanaian artistes and labelled them poor. He went on to say that if they not agree with him, they can come and fight him.
Zapp Mallet in a tweet sided with the ‘Melissa’ hitmaker and said he speaks nothing but the truth about the current state of the Ghanaian music industry.
I take my hat off for Shatta Wale, he's the only GH artist I've ever seen or heard speak truthfully about the state of the GH music industry during his prime…. the boy is forward looking!

Some artistes however did not take the words from Shatta Wale likely as Praye Tiatia responded by saying; “You rich pass all of us, yooo wakaa yati but I can assure you your so called riches won’t make top 10 list of rich musicians even in our neighbouring Nigeria here norr sef, so bro enough of the disrespect to Ghanaian artistes, producers, DJs and the entire industry you came to meet,”
Many Ghanaians on social media as usual labelled the Reggae Dancehall artiste a ‘braggart’ with others supporting his words.
PossiGee in a post on his facebook appeared to have subtly responded to words from both Shatta Wale and Zapp Mallet.
