A racist man who kept taunting black train (Tube) passengers was knocked out with a single punch after he said “this is my home and you’re all going back”. The white man, who was not wearing a face mask, also told the group of black men “you’re my pets” as he continued his vile rant that was caught on camera.
As the train pulled up to Bank station, the man went on to gesture at the three black men as they got up from their seats. Once they got up, he then squared up to them before one of the three men punched him square in the face, causing him (the racist) to fall backwards and crash his head onto the floor of the train.
TIMELINE OF EVENTS
In the video, he is seen shouting “you’re black… oh my god” at the (black) passengers as the woman filming him asks “what’s that supposed to mean?” Another passenger stood up to him saying: “Not a single person on the train wants to hear that garbage coming out of your mouth. Disgusting.”
The unidentified racist then started swinging on the handrails in the Tube singing “they’re lesser than us”. Another furious passenger told him: “It’s not funny being racist”. The man subsequently started screaming “violence”, which led a woman to accuse him of being “EDL scum” – a blatant reference to the English Defence League. The abusive man responded saying: “I don’t roll with EDL scum”. She then said: “You’re worse than them then,” and he shouted in the affirmative “yes”.
As the train pulled up to Bank station, the man went on to gesture at the three black men as they got up from their seats. Once they got up, he then squared up to them.
