Twitter reacts as Nana Addo promises 88 hospitals this year

Twitter is on fire after the President of Ghana made a promise to Ghanaians in his speech to the nation.

On his 8th address to the nation on the country’s status on the global pandemic COVID-19, the President stated that the government has plans to build new 88 hospitals in 88 districts across the country.

With some Ghanaians happy about the plan, there are numerous concerns from others that it is a promise that he can not keep and shouldn’t have even made it.
