For the past two days now, West African country, Benin has been trending on Twitter in Ghana with most people clueless about the trend.
Some Ghanaian celebrities among others have asked as to why the trend of Benin in Ghana and where it all started but it seems no definite answer has been found.

After a long search of the reason of the trend, it was clearly seen that people have heard of money rituals being done in the West African country and see that as a path for their financial liberty to achieve anything they want or dream of.
Some people ‘jovially’ stated their plans to save money to be able to make the trip to Benin for their riches.
But the main question is, if it is really true that a trip to Benin to see a native doctor can make you rich, does that mean everyone or most people in Benin are rich people? We are sure that is a question for the gods to answer.
We compiled a number of tweets about the trend and the funny comments from some Ghanaians about Benin.
